BOSTON NATIONAL TITLE OPENS NEW TAMPA ST. PETE OFFICE; CONFIRMS LONG-TERM COMMITMENT TO LOCAL REAL ESTATE FIRMS & AGENTS
Charlotte, NC — Boston National Title announces that its new, Tampa St. Pete office is officially open for business. Located in Safety Harbor, the office primarily serves local real estate firms and professionals with a full suite of title and settlement services for both residential and commercial purchases. Boston National, one of the largest independent title services providers in the country, was originally headquartered in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
Boston National branch manager Angela Cagwin heads the new office, supported by a staff of title and settlement professionals familiar with the local real estate market, county recording offices and procedures, as well as local and state property conveyance laws and requirements. Boston National veteran and Vice President of National Sales Al Letizio is also based in the new office.
