New York, NY – Boston National Title Agency is pleased to announce that Danielle Sprouls, Esq. has joined the national title and settlement services firm as Executive Vice President in the Commercial Services division.
Sprouls brings more than $20 billion in commercial transaction experience and an impressive roster of Fortune 500 clients to the table. Her unique set of credentials and career path explain why Boston National is excited to have her on board. Sprouls began her title services career in 2001 as Vice President and Counsel at Chicago Title Insurance. In this role, she garnered a deep and expansive legal understanding of the complexities of title insurance procurement across all commercial asset classes. During this time, she also discovered her legal experience and background gave her a special insight into the strategic structuring and coordination of large, extremely complicated deals. Clients relied on her more and more as an ‘inner circle’ partner and her role soon evolved beyond legal counsel into one of business development and client relationship management. Her natural marketing skills and ability to grow brand awareness and reputation are especially critical to Boston National Title of New York as the agency seeks to build out its Commercial Division in what is arguably one of the toughest title markets in the U.S.
